1. To use the Platform, you must be of employable age and over the age of 13. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify TurboTalent.AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. The Platform allows users to submit, post, and share text, files, and images, such as resumes and candidate profiles (collectively, "User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant TurboTalent.AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

Prohibited Content and Activities

4. While the Platform is focused on job-related content, users are prohibited from submitting, posting, or engaging in any content or activities that are illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful.

5. TurboTalent.AI is committed to protecting user privacy and complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and any other applicable data protection laws in India. Reporting Violations

6. Users can report violations of these Terms by contacting TurboTalent.AI at support@turbotalent.ai. We reserve the right to investigate reported violations and take appropriate action, including banning users and pursuing legal action.

9. The Platform allows users to sign in using third-party services such as Google, LinkedIn, and GitHub, and utilizes AI services from OpenAI. TurboTalent.AI is not responsible for the content, services, or practices of these third-party providers. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that your interactions with these third parties are governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We encourage you to review these policies before interacting with any third-party services through the Platform.

Modification, Suspension, or Discontinuation of the Platform
